To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted by both parties, you will be invoiced for a return shipping label, then sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom hand-crafted candles, sale items or gift cards.
Please contact email@example.com for exchange concerns and questions, depending on order or item, exchange may be permitted for existing item or gift card. Determined by the discretion of the merchant.
If return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember this can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and in returns, additionally the return shipping label. Please note however, that all shipping rates and fees are non-refundable, even if the order is permitted to be returned.
